Our story
Avioth was founded on a simple observation: businesses have real problems that good software can solve, but the gap between "we have a problem" and "we have working software" is wide and full of bad incentives.
Big consultancies bill by the hour and grow by adding headcount. Off-the-shelf SaaS tools assume one size fits all. Internal teams burn out trying to keep legacy systems running while chasing ambitious roadmaps.
We started Avioth to do things differently. We build our own products when we see a problem worth solving for many companies. We deliver custom software development for clients with specific needs. And we offer consulting for teams who need senior judgment without committing to a full-time hire.
The common thread is the same in every case: senior engineers owning outcomes, working as partners, and shipping software that actually works in production.
What we believe
- Software should solve real problems. We don't build technology for technology's sake. Every line of code should make some business outcome possible that wasn't possible before.
- Senior engineers own outcomes. The person who writes the code is the person who explains it, the person who fixes it when it breaks, and the person who cares whether it works.
- Modern tools, considered choices. We use the right technology for the job — Spring Boot, Angular, React, AWS, Postgres, AI/LLM integration. We don't reach for legacy because it's familiar, and we don't chase trends because they're trendy.
- Partnership over transaction. We work as an extension of your team, not a black box. You see our code, our decisions, and our reasoning. You own everything we build.
Where we're going
TalentForge is the first product under the Avioth umbrella. More are coming, each focused on a specific business problem we believe deserves better software. Alongside the products, our development and consulting services help companies who can't wait for the perfect SaaS to exist.
